Sterlin the Tank

This is my third character from the Alchemist group (odd how I still havent created the leader, huh? xD)
I've never drawn an african-american before, so excuse any mistakes, I didnt have much in terms of reference either...
I'm not as proud of this one as I have been about the others :/
I'll probably improve him when I do the final full-team shot

mini-bio:
Sterlin is the brawn of the group, He has immense strength and tends to use the large shield on his arm as a weapon more than a shield... He is very hot-headed and wont take any insult without a fight, it often takes the charms of Alessia to calm him down.
